Thanks for visiting Munsellhorses.com.   Munsel Paint and Quarter Horses is located in Calumet, Oklahoma.  We raise, train and breed World Quality APHA & AQHA Show horses. Our great band of 35+ broodmares enjoy grazing in the spacious Bermuda Grass Pastures while raising their foals. Dusty and Becky have been married for 33 year and a strong family builds the foundation of the Munsell program  They have 3 children a son-in-law and 1 grand child. 

The Munsell's have been in the horse industry for 30 years.  The program started out with the first own daughter of Zippo Pine Bar and the first paint.  her name was Its Zippo To You.  She was a World Champion 2 year old the World Champion Show in Albuquerque, NM. They then showed a horse name Mr. Zippo Jack Bar who was a World Champion at Lexington, KY in 1992. The Munsell's have shown and sold numerous Congress Champion and at least 6 World Champion and have been in Top 10 in the World for the past 3 years. 

The Munsell's  train all aspect of All-Around horses and Specialize in Western Pleasure.  Their horses bloodlines include some of the industries best such as Invitation Only, One Hot Krmson, RL Best, Best of Sudden, Zipprageous, Impulsions. Helping in all phases of the horse industry from Youth, to Novice and Open, they  fit for sales and find horses new home.  Customers are important to the Munsell's and most of the time end up to be lifelong friends.

Prospects are for sale at all time and you are  welcome you to come pick a Zippin out of our pasture to start your show career.   Zippin is great asset to the program here at Munsell Horses.  He was purchase from Bonie Stanton 3 years ago.  He was bought to strengthen the breeding program by crossing the great Zippin bloodlines with the great daughters of the legendary Mr. Zippo Jack Bars.  The cross couldn't have been beter and they couldn't be happier with what this cross is producing.  The foals are flawless! If you are looking for a futurity prospect that can move flat and drive deep we invite you to come and watch them move for yourself! 

The Munsell's  also  have many foals by one of the nations greatest Homozygous Stallions, Designated Prints.  His foals are big, elegant movers with loads of color and class.  From time to time foals are for sale by the other great stallions standing at Munsell Horses.  Just Obviously Cool is a strong producing halter stallion and is really making his mark as as sire. This young stallion will be the next in a long line of proven sires. A Sudden Surprise is a beautiful sorrel overo that is nearing his superior in western pleasure.  This great son of A Sudden Impulse is a great producer and a real show stopper.  We encourage you to take a look at some of the fancy foals we have on our 2007 foals page.
